Refund Policy

We want the refund process to be simple. If you need help, contact support and we will review your request.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made from Black File Access.

If you do not feel like the product gave you a clear understanding of what was promised on the offer page, contact us and ask for your money back.

1. Our Refund Window

Black File Access offers a 60-day refund window on eligible digital product purchases, unless a different refund window is clearly stated on the checkout page at the time of purchase.

To request a refund, email support@blackfileaccess.com using the same email address you used at checkout when possible.

2. How To Request A Refund

To request a refund, send us an email with:

  • Your name
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The product you purchased
  • A short note saying you want a refund

No long forms are required. You do not need to write a detailed explanation.

3. Digital Product Access After A Refund

Black File Access products are digital products. If a refund is approved, your access to the product, files, bonuses, prompts, or delivery area may be removed.

You agree not to continue using, sharing, copying, selling, or distributing paid materials after receiving a refund.

4. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, contact us at support@blackfileaccess.com.

We will review the duplicate order and help correct the issue.

5. Access Problems

If you paid but did not receive access, contact us before requesting a refund. Many access issues are caused by a mistyped email address, spam folder filtering, or checkout delivery delays.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact support first. Most issues can be fixed quickly by email.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, the refund process may be handled through the payment processor or bank instead of directly through Black File Access.

7. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be sent back to the original payment method when possible.

Refund timing depends on the checkout platform, payment processor, card issuer, or bank. It may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

8. Non-Refundable Items

In some cases, certain purchases may not be refundable if clearly stated at checkout, including special services, custom work, consulting, or other non-standard offers.

For the standard Black File Access digital product, the refund window listed above applies unless checkout states otherwise.

9. Abuse Of The Refund Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, repeated refund requests, chargeback abuse, unauthorized sharing, or other misuse of our products or systems.
